These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and rsw77 ("rsw77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at rsw77.com and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and platform applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register or maintain an account with rsw77. Continued access to the Platform following publication of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain an active account with rsw77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

rsw77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility (including proof of age and identity) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your membership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rsw77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or allow any third party to place bets on your behalf.

rsw77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All transactions on the rsw77 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. rsw77 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time with notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's banking page and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and returned.

All bets placed on the rsw77 Sportsbook are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.

rsw77 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• Where a manifest error (including an obvious pricing error or erroneous event data) has occurred in the display of odds, game state, or result.
• Where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns indicative of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of system errors.
• Where technical issues with third-party data providers result in materially incorrect information being displayed during the bet placement window.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or ruled void in accordance with the applicable governing body's regulations.

rsw77's decision on the settlement and voiding of bets shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 12.

General bonus terms applicable across all rsw77 promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are credited to your rsw77 wallet balance and must be wagered in accordance with the specified wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible member. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or in conjunction with other members constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• rsw77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured to their completion.
• Winnings generated through free spins, free credits, or non-deposit bonuses are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in each promotion's individual terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rsw77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Creating or using more than one account (including accounts under different names or with different identity documents).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, sharing chips, or systematically exploiting promotional offers.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or collect data.
• Exploiting system errors, software glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rsw77 staff or other members via any communication channel.

rsw77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any associated balances pending investigation, and report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the rsw77 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and game content, is the intellectual property of rsw77 or its licensed third-party partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

rsw77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

You must not frame, scrape, cache, or mirror any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of rsw77. Any use of the rsw77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by rsw77 is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rsw77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

rsw77's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rsw77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. rsw77 shall not be liable for any losses sustained during periods of Platform unavailability.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on the Platform and that rsw77 is not responsible for any such losses. You should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

rsw77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help members maintain control over their gambling activities. All members are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming features available in the account settings panel, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a fixed period (24 hours to 90 days) to take a break from gambling.

• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
• Account inactivity exceeding one hundred and eighty (180) days without any login or transaction activity.

Upon termination of your account, rsw77 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your available balance after deducting any amounts owed to rsw77, any bonus amounts not meeting withdrawal conditions, and any amounts under active investigation. rsw77 shall not be obligated to return bonus credits or promotional funds accrued in breach of this Agreement.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rsw77 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to the same balance settlement process described above.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under rsw77's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the rsw77 Platform or this Agreement, you should first contact rsw77 customer support via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. rsw77 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and issue a written response within twenty (20) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution process operated by rsw77's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties. rsw77's decision on all in-game and betting matters (including bet settlement and voiding) is final pending the outcome of the formal dispute process.

rsw77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes to the Agreement will be communicated to members via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform login page, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive effect of any clause, and changes required by applicable law or regulatory direction) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.
